Hawaiian’s aloha spirit separates them in an airline industry where carriers are competing to give customers less service, not more. We refreshed several key sections of their website—from the homepage to Vacation Packages to the HawaiianMiles section—to convey the warmth of their hospitality and the tropical paradise they call home. Working within existing templates, we redesigned pages and wrote stronger copy, implementing best-practices in page architecture and CTA treatment.
